These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Celestial Data Vault EOOD ("Celestial", "we", "us"), a company registered in Bulgaria. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Celestial provides zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted storage for passwords, files, notes and related data across supported devices, together with associated features such as monitoring, sharing and generation tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and recovery key. Because of our zero-knowledge design, we cannot access, reset or recover your master password. If you lose both your master password and recovery key, your data cannot be recovered. You accept this trade-off as inherent to the security we provide.
You agree not to use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to breach or probe our systems without authorisation (see our responsible disclosure programme), to resell the service without permission, or to interfere with other users' access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. Non-payment downgrades you to the Free plan without deleting your data.
We aim for 99.99% availability and publish live status at our status page. Because your vault is stored on-device, you retain access to your data even during service interruptions. Business plans may include a contractual SLA.
Celestial and its licensors retain all rights in the software and brand. You retain all rights in the data you store. We claim no ownership over, and cannot read, your vault contents.
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory Bulgarian and EU consumer protections. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, giving notice where practicable. On closure, you may export your data, after which it is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sofia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms and will notify registered users of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
